the Community Room: seats about 12-15 comfortably, is available for reservation during cafe business hours only. Private reservation of the space is $30/hr for a minimum of 2 hours, and 100% of net profits support this month's non-profit partner.

Frequently asked questions

Facility rental pricing is variable based upon some of the questions listed in the Facility Rental Request Form, therefore, pricing information cannot be given until the form is submitted.

Rental of our facility grants you access to the outside property as well as the entire first floor of the building, aside from the Cafe kitchen and our Food Pantry, and includes usage of the overhead Sonos sound system*, television, and all tables and chairs that are currently on the floor.
*We do not have access to any additional floor speakers or microphones for facility rentals.

Our current seating can comfortably seat about 65-70 people at tables, with two couches available as well. We do not recommend hosting an event of over 100 people in our space.

Both the Cafe and Food Pantry appliances/spaces, including sinks, will be unavailable for usage during your event for licensure & liability reasons. Sinks are available in all three public restrooms and are to be used for hand washing only.

For Community Room reservations, please fill out the Community Room Request & Agreement form. Please note that we only reserve the Community Room during business hours, and availability is not guaranteed until we are able to confirm your date & time. If you need to reserve the space outside of business hours, please instead complete our Facility Request & Agreement Form.

At this time, we do not allow alcohol in or served within the facility or on the grounds.

No - the rentee is responsible for all set-up, tear-down, and clean-up of the event. A Facility Rental Binder pertaining cleaning checklists will be available for the rentee to follow.

While we are open to potentially hosting weddings in our space, there are a few important things to take note of. At this time, we do not book any of our facility rentals more than 3 months in advance, including weddings, which may not be ideal for most engagement timelines. We also do not provide space for bridal suites, set up/tear down services, or catering services. Therefore, it would be required for you to outsource these services. We also do not allow alcohol to be served in the building.

Our space is not available for facility rental on weekdays or Sundays. Currently, we only book facility rentals on Friday evenings (after 5pm only) and Saturdays*. We do have an exception for Sunday* rentals during grad party season only (May-June).
*We cannot permit entry for rentals prior to 2pm

Live drink service from our Cafe bar needs to be requested at the time of submission of your Facility Rental Request form. The addition of this service cannot be guaranteed once your time & date is booked, as this service often requires different or additional staffing. It's also important to note that this service cannot be guaranteed even if we can host your rental date & time, as our rental team and barista team are different. Full espresso service - which includes our entire drink menu excluding smoothies - is $30/hr (including 1 added hour for staff set-up & tear down) in addition to the facility rental fee for a total guest count of 25 or less (or if it would only be 25 or less people that would be purchasing a single drink) or $60/hr (including 2 added hours for staff set-up & tear down) in addition to the facility rental fee for a total guest count of 25+. Coffee & Tea service - which includes drip coffee, cold brew, & hot tea only - is $20/hr (including 1 added hour for staff set-up & tear down) in addition to the facility rental fee for a maximum of 75 guests.
In addition to the hourly rate for drink service, the final tab for drinks purchased would need to be paid in full at the end of the event. Please note that we require a minimum of two hours of live service time to be able to add this service to your event.

Pastry orders must be made & paid in advance at least two weeks prior to your event date directly via email with the staff member coordinating your rental. This applies to both Community Room Reservations & Facility Rentals.
At this time, we do not have pre-made coffee service available to serve your guests. For Facility Rentals interested in adding live coffee service to your event, please see FAQ #10. For Community Room reservations, guests would need to order their drinks directly at the register.
